Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS


All returns must be in compliance with the stipulations of the relevant vendor at 

purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your items to request an exchange or 

refund. After this time, unfortunately you will be ineligible for a refund. Please note we 

only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Sale items will be refunded at the sale amount, unless otherwise stated

 

EXCEPTIONS    


There are classes of goods which are exempt and cannot be returned:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, 

Newspapers or magazines.

Gift cards

Downloaded items

Intimate/Hygiene products. 

Custom made products (Items created specifically for you).

Items stated as nonrefundable by the vendor 

Lost or missing packages: Cart Noir or its vendors will not be liable if incorrect address details are entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before confirming your order. 

 

RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided on the return label, which will be provided once your return has been approved.

Please note that as Cart Noir is a Marketplace with Multiple Sellers, you will have to ship items back to the original store owner.


REFUNDS


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, your refund request will then be processed. If approved, the vendor will process your refund. Payment will be made to your original payment method. This may take up to 7 working days to reflect on your account balance. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. If your refund request is denied you may still be eligible for an exchange.
